- Debra Beach is an Educator, Designer, Consultant, and Business Owner. Ms. Beach is co-owner of Flugga-Beach LLC, a business specializing in Instructional Design, Web, Video, and Interactive media. Currently she is pursuing her PhD in Instructional Design and Online Learning and hopes to be ABD by the Summer 2009.
